Process Workflow

MyInvenio saves time to organisations seeking to improve the performance of their processes, retrieving information automatically and building up an optimal model, to which current performances can be compared in a visual, easy -to-use fashion.

 

Not only the process workflow feature helps the business to improve the efficiency of a specific process or to identify hidden bottlenecks, but it can also be useful to train new and old resources on business processes and procedures.

 

MyInvenio is a process mining tool that helps our customers to understand their business, starting from processes, and breaking down step by step all the events that are performed to achieve a business goal (any of them, from creating an order to delivering a good)

The software captures data from execution logs coming from different systems: it can be interfaced with the main EPM and ERP products (automated connector is already available for SAP offerings) but it can also be set up to any mean available on customer side (e.g. data coming from Microsoft Excel tables can be managed)

The data collected are processed by the software according to the model logic: the software reads the data and transforms it in interrelations and cause-effects, and processes start to interconnect to form a map

Business process mapping comes alive and shows the primary activity steps and their exceptions, in the form of critical paths, variations, bottlenecks. The average, the minimum and the maximum time that it takes to perform a single step, is also registered

Interdependencies are considered in order to propose alternative paths to achieve the same result avoiding criticalities, and a drill-down functionality is available to examine in detail each relationship and action undertaken
